Analytics - Evaluative Measures


There are several measures that could be taken to track the progress of a task and to see if it is heading in the right direction towards the goal - these are known as marketing KPI's. There are a number of marketing KPI's that will matter and really do make a difference to marketers. These include marketing revenue attribution which will show how effective each of your marketing campaigns are and this will allow you to modify any campaigns that may not be generating any return. (The 10 marketing KPIs you should be tracking (updated for 2021), 2021).

Another marketing KPI that will matter to marketers are return on ad spend, which is simply the amount of income that is generated from investing money into advertising. There is usually a ratio that will show how much revenue is generated compared to the ammount of money spend on advertising. (Riserbato, 2021).
